There are many people begging in the streets... some are liers.. they are pretending, that's our first thought right?...
But there are some that they do not and the rest of us can ,with little things, make huge change...

I would say many are in such a situation of absolute financial deprevation and even for those whom do "lie", the reasons behind such actions must be looked at which again points at society's lack of care.
As you have said it just highlights how very little seemingful actions can bring out drasic difference in people's lives.
